The Injen Technology kit is engineered to substitute the factory-installed pipes that connect the turbo to the intercooler in 2.0T EA888.3 engines. These original pipes, constructed from substandard plastic and featuring a smaller diameter, fail to adequately handle the pressure. In contrast, the Injen kit includes robust, large bore aluminum pipes equipped with a 1/8" NPT port suitable for adding a methanol injection system, enhancing both performance and longevity.
